Do you have limitations as to when you will run an appointment?
We know that computers don't just break-down between 9 and 5, that why we are always available to come out and assist you. Regardless of the time, give us a call and we will send out one of our certified IT professionals right away. We have technicians on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.



What if I am outside of your normal service area?
Our technicians are always out and about in the greater Columbus area, so if you live outside of our service area, still give us a call. We may be out in your area and a stop by your home or office will be no problem at all!



Do you offer phone support?
We do not offer phone support. Because every computer is different, it is often hard to pinpoint the specific issue over the phone. Some issues, no matter how simple in nature, can be the hardest to explain.



How long will it take to fix my computer or network problem?
Because each situation is different, it is hard to say exactly how long a resolution will take. However, once our technician has explored the problem, they will explain the resolution and let you know exactly what to expect and how long it will take to fix the problem.



Can you provide support for Mac's?
While we are very skilled in the support of PC issues, we do not currently work on Macintosh computers.



When does it make sense to just replace my old computer instead of getting it fixed?
There is no exact answer for this question because sometimes it makes sense to replace your computer and sometimes it doesn't. Either way, our technician will talk with you about all of your repair options, as well as replacing the system if it you decide to go that route.



What if you can't fix my problem?
While we will make every effort possible to resolve each technical problem that we run into, sometimes there are problems that just can't be fixed in a cost effective manner. In this situation we may suggest replacing your computer or server. Often times, replacing the machine will end up saving you more money in the long run. If this is the case, we will work with you find the machine that will best suit your needs.
